The lack of hot water is quite disappointing!!! The absence of reliable wifi makes it hard to stay connected!!! Mold and cleanliness issues need immediate attention!!! Better room maintenance would greatly enhance the overall experience!!!

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay. every interaction with the friendly staff made me feel valued. The location is unbeatable, and I truly enjoyed my Twin Room with Partial Ocean View. Housekeeping was spot-on whenever I requested it. For serious relaxation, the bathtub was a fantastic touch!

Exceptional Stay with Stunning Views!

Our family had a fantastic time during our 29-night stay. The Triple Room with Partial Ocean View showcased breathtaking sunsets each evening. The on-site restaurant served delicious local cuisine that we looked forward to every meal. Pro tip, arrive early for dinner to secure a good table!

We loved visiting SandCastle to catch an incredible magic on ice show. It was entertaining for the whole family, and our little one was mesmerized! The hotel’s proximity to restaurants and convenience stores made everything easy, which was a plus for our large group as well.

In my wife’s opinion, the pool area could use some upgrades for a better family experience.

The view from my King Room Ocean View was stunning, and I loved lounging by the outdoor pool with a cocktail in hand. It was great to unwind on the sun loungers while the kids enjoyed the splash area. 🌴

Location near beach is convenient. Lobby was hot and only one check-in clerk available. Enjoyed pool and billiards, but room cleanliness was lacking.

The sunsets from my room were amazing! With a partial ocean view, I enjoyed sipping my morning coffee while soaking in the fine colors of the horizon. The outdoor swimming pool was a hidden gem, I practically had it all to myself, lounging under the tropical sun on comfy sun loungers!

Great staff and comfy beds, but the decor felt outdated and in need of refresh.

Surprisingly strategic location!

Had a bumpy check-in 'cause my 1st room had a dead roach outside. They quickly moved me, which was cool. Room was okay and had nice air-con. It's a great spot near food places like Tony Roma's and right by the beach. But the windows were super dirty, kinda gross.
